Return & Exchange Timeframe

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

✅ Faulty or Damaged Products (Not Caused by Customer)

  • Return or exchange is accepted

  • No return or exchange fee will be charged

🔁 Exchange (Customer Choice – No Damage)

  • Exchange is accepted within 7 days

  • A 15% exchange fee of the product price will be charged

🔄 Return (Customer Choice – No Damage)

  • Return is accepted within 7 days

  • A Rs. 200 return fee will be charged

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Products that are used, washed, or not in original condition

  • Products without original packaging

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Shipping Charges

  • Delivery Charges Rs. 180 on 1 Piece | FREE on Pack of 2 & 3

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
